Inspection & Repairs
Accredited PVM (Professional Vendor Member)

Why
have your challenge course inspection/repairs done by the Adventure
Network?
Experience
The Adventure Network, founded in 1986, is an ACCT certified vendor
and is fully insured. Our two lead inspector/builder/trainers have
over 30 years combined experience in the field, and have installed
well over 200 challenge courses and climbing structures in over 30
states nationwide.
We do a thorough and complete inspection
A visual and tactile inspection is done to all
elements, materials and equipment. The Adventure Network inspects
all equipment from
the tree or pole. This means that all elements are climbed to do
the inspection and not simply observed from the ground to save time.
We
inspect (or examine) the following:
- All cables (including required drape)
- Cable connections, clamps,
strand vices, thimbles and ferrules
- Tree/pole connectors, bolts,
washers, nuts
- Rope and connections, pulleys, quick links
- Trees, poles
- Platforms, lumber
- Non-permanent equipment, helmets, harnesses,
ropes etc.
Necessary ongoing maintenance is included in
the inspection
- All cable clamps are tightened, back-up loops
are loosened if necessary
- Minor tree pruning is performed
(Cable clamps will become loose over time and must be re-tightened.
Back up loops will damage trees if not loosened.)
Major repairs will be completed as soon as
can be scheduled
Inspected according to ACCT standards
