Experiential Team-building
Our programs feature age-appropriate experiential activities designed to challenge participants in a fun and interactive environment. These activities involve active problem-solving initiatives that promote team collaboration and communication, addressing issues such as leadership, team-building, conflict management, and the impact of diversity on teams. Our highly-skilled staff customizes each program to meet the unique needs and goals of your group.
Adult Professional Development: For teachers, camp, and administrative staff, a day of team-building and challenge course work can significantly improve overall team performance. Our facilitators, experienced in working with youth, help your staff better understand their students or campers. Some schools bring their entire staff for a day of fun, allowing administrators to see their team in a non-classroom environment.
School Team-building Programs:
- High school or middle school sports teams
- High, middle, or elementary school field trips
- Clubs and extracurricular groups
- Come out to one of our many locations or let us bring a program to you!
Youth-at-Risk and Clinical Programs: Understanding the unique complexities of youth at risk and clinical programs, our staff, with backgrounds in alternative education, psychotherapy, counseling, and outdoor education, can set up programs at our locations or bring them to you. We offer adventure-based counseling/support groups, staff team-building workshops, and professional training.
Other Group Types:
- Scout Groups: Focusing on communication and trust, climbing our ropes courses or rock walls is an excellent opportunity for troop and patrol growth.
- Youth Groups: Church or organization’s youth groups can grow closer and challenge themselves.
- Social Gatherings: Consider a challenge course experience for your next get-together.
College / University RA Training and Orientation Programs: A great way to help RA’s and student leaders prepare for incoming students and for freshmen to meet new people in a positive and encouraging setting. Check our College and Universities page for more information.
